Terms of Service for GeoLens
1. The GeoLens Service
GeoLens is an AI-powered website visibility audit tool that analyses a single submitted URL and generates a GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) score across five AI platforms: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.
The service consists of:
- Free audit — Available to any user who enters a URL. Provides an overall GEO score, per-platform scores, and the top 3 visibility issues. No payment or account required.
- Full report — A detailed PDF report including a full issue breakdown, prioritised action plan, competitive analysis, and branded export. Priced at €19 (EUR) per report, one-time payment.
GeoLens is operated by Polsia Inc. ("Polsia", "we", "us"). By using GeoLens, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
2. Pricing & Payments
The full GeoLens report is priced at €19 EUR per audit. This is a one-time payment — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payments are processed by Stripe. All payment data (card numbers, bank details) is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. GeoLens never stores your payment card details.
Prices are listed in euros (EUR). If you are located outside the eurozone, your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees — these are between you and your bank and are not our responsibility.
GeoLens reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes apply only to new purchases; existing paid reports are not affected.
3. No Refund Policy
All GeoLens report purchases are final and non-refundable. Because GeoLens reports are generated instantly and delivered digitally at the moment of purchase, and because you receive the free score before paying, there is no right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Article 16, Directive 2011/83/EU — "digital content" exemption).
If you experience a genuine technical failure — for example, the audit does not complete or you do not receive your report — please contact us at support@polsia.app and we will investigate. Technical failures resulting in no report will receive a refund or a replacement report at our discretion.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.
4. Audit Scope & Limitations
Important: Each GeoLens audit analyses one (1) URL — the specific page URL you submit. GeoLens does not crawl entire websites or generate multi-page audit reports.
GeoLens uses AI models to evaluate visibility signals on the submitted page. Results are informational and based on signals detectable at the time of the audit. GEO scores and recommendations are not guarantees of actual AI citability or search ranking performance.
The following limitations apply:
- Single-page scope — Only the submitted URL is audited. Broader site-level analysis is not currently available but may be offered in future versions.
- Point-in-time analysis — AI platform algorithms change frequently. A score reflects visibility at the time of audit and may change without notice.
- No guarantee of inclusion — GeoLens cannot guarantee that any website will be cited by any AI platform. Scores indicate visibility signals, not inclusion outcomes.
- AI model reliance — Audit results depend on AI models which may themselves have knowledge cutoff limitations, inaccuracies, or biases beyond our control.
5. Acceptable Use
GeoLens is provided for lawful business purposes. By using GeoLens, you agree not to:
- Use GeoLens to audit websites you do not have the right to analyse (e.g., sites you do not own or have no permission to assess).
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit URLs in bulk without prior written agreement from Polsia.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit GeoLens reports or scores without written permission from Polsia.
- Use GeoLens output to misrepresent your own or a competitor's website visibility to clients, investors, or third parties in a misleading way.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the GeoLens scoring methodology.
- Use GeoLens in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
Violations of this Acceptable Use policy may result in suspension or termination of access to GeoLens without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
GeoLens name, logo, and branding are owned by Polsia Inc. You may not use the GeoLens name, logo, or branding in your own materials without prior written permission.
Your submitted URLs and audit data remain your property. By submitting a URL, you grant Polsia a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it for the purpose of providing the GeoLens audit service.
Generated reports are produced by Polsia using a combination of AI analysis and proprietary methodology. Polsia retains ownership of the GeoLens methodology and scoring system. You receive a licence to use the report output for your own internal business purposes.
Branded PDF reports — If you purchase a full report, you may share it with clients or stakeholders. You may not publish, sell, or publicly distribute GeoLens reports.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- GeoLens is provided "as is" — We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of audit results.
- No liability for AI citability outcomes — Polsia shall not be liable for any failure of a website to be cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI, Claude, or any other AI platform, whether or not GeoLens identified it as having visibility potential.
- Maximum liability — Polsia's total liability arising from your use of GeoLens shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim (€19 for a full report, or €0 for a free audit).
- Indirect losses excluded — Polsia shall not be liable for lost revenue, lost business opportunities, reputational damage, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from GeoLens use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
8. Disclaimers
GeoLens scores are informational indicators, not legal, financial, or SEO advice. They should not be the sole basis for any business, legal, or marketing decision.
The fact that GeoLens identifies a website as having "high visibility" or "low risk" does not constitute a guarantee that AI platforms will cite that website. The converse is also true: a low score does not mean your business is doomed.
AI platform behaviour, search algorithms, and citability criteria change rapidly and without notice. Polsia makes no commitment to update scores or reports after they are generated.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of GeoLens shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
If you are a consumer located in the EU, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law.
